This book takes place in Mexico. The main character is Matt a 6 year old kid that lives with her mom Celia, and theres El patron. El patron wants Matt's organs to prolong his life, because his own fail.Matt is forbidden to meet any other people. El Patrón is powerful enough to break the law without consequences.
